In July, the customer contacted us to tell us that she had not had any herpes symptoms for about two months (since she started taking the package), so the staff advised her to do a blood test.
On July 27, 2021, the customer contacted us and sent us the IgG blood test, which was still positive for HSV1. Our staff advised her to do the PCR blood test as it is more accurate and that the IgG needs time to be negative.
